Since 2005, this church has sent a team to Barbour County West Virginia to work with the Agape Ministry overseen by the Heart & Hand House located in Philippi, WV.  Members of the church join with other congregations from WV and PA to help build a home for a deserving individual/family in or around Philippi, WV.  This is no “Extreme Makeover” but a 24 x 30  two bedroom house completed in less than five days. 

We are in the planning process for the 2011 Agape House project which will take place the week of June 19, 2011. Mike Miller from Heart and Hand House has received applications from five families living in Barbour County.
